Meet and Greet - Previsit Consultation Fee: One-time fee to meet your Pet Care Professional prior to starting service

Last Minute Reservations (less than 48 hours notice): To compensate our Pet Care Professionals, who must adjust their schedules to accommodate last minute reservations made with less than 48 hours notice.

Overnight Stay (24 hours): One of our pet care professionals will stay at your home overnight. In an effort to avoid compromising the quality of service that we provide our customers, and due to the fact that we have a limited amount of "overnight" sitters available, a 25% non-refundable deposit during off peak season and 50% non-refundable deposit during peak season is required at the time of reservation. Due to the popularity of this service, booking early for peak season travel is highly recommended. |

Bed & Breakfast: (Includes a dinner-time arrival, overnight stay, and breakfast departure)
We open our homes to well behaved dogs to live as a member of our family while you are away. We are not a kennel or boarding facility, so therefore, each of our B&B providers can only accommodate one family at a time with up to two dogs. This is a very popular service and it is highly recommenced to make your reservation early for travel plans during peak seasons. A deposit and cancellation fee may apply. |

Holiday Surcharge: We do not schedule regular doggy walks on these days, but we can provide service with adequate notice. A one-time surcharge will be added to any jobs that include the following dates:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit two weeks prior to the onset of any holiday service. This includes any service scheduled over the week preceding or following the holiday.
As we are extremely busy during holiday periods, please submit your reservation requests as early as possible. We require a minimum of two weeks' notice for all visits falling on a company holiday. If our schedule can accommodate a late reservation request, that visit will incur a $50.00 late reservation surcharge. |

Emergency Care: The time we spend transporting your pet, and the time we spend with your pet at the vet's office or clinic, is free of charge. However, you are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of the vet care. We will attempt to have the vet or animal hospital bill you directly, but if we must pay for services, then we require immediate reimbursement for all charges.

Key Pick-Up/Drop-Off or Locksmith:
- Key Pick-Up or Drop-Off by our Pet Care Professional (charged per occurrence)
- For your convenience, you may drop off or pick up your key at our shop during business hours.
- If your Pet Care Professional cannot access your house to perform a scheduled and confirmed pet care visit, we will call a locksmith to gain entry. (This fee will be charged per occurrence and may increase on weekends or holidays).
